Pansies that I ordered took too long to come and some were dead when they arrived. They did get replaced but would have preferred not to have to complain.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear the Pansy plants were delayed and some were not up to standard on arrival. I can see replacements were ordered and I hope they arrived safely. We do appreciated your comments and hope the plants do well for you.

I am sorry if you are not happy with your order. I note your Bulbs were despatched 13th September and were delivered 15th September. Please let us know which of the Bulbs were not up to standard to enable us to help.
