There has been emails from Sherwood after I’ve chased up a response from the original query over a week ago. It’s a simple question and problem to answer and deal with. I want to know what’s happening so I can organise at my end. Either I want the holiday at the price that was advertised with free transfers like it stated or I want the deposit I’ve paid refunding and I’ll book else where. It’s very simple to sort either way and shouldn’t take this long. I’ve attached screenshots of the holiday advertised that I booked in my emails to Sherwood.
