Hello Andrew thank you for your review, we are pleased the cruise was perfect. We must however correct you about the rooms, as per your booking confirmation and travel vouchers there were two rooms booked. One for two persons and one for one person. We would respectfully ask that you refer to that paperwork since we did not book incorrectly. If you had a problem upon checkin we provide a 24/7/365 number for customers to call in such situations so we can assist but you do not appear to have done so. You appear to have overlooked that you did have two rooms and we regret your oversight may have resulted in everyone sharing when there was another room.

Hello Francis we are sorry to hear this since you do have transfers on your booking. However, we are concerned that we find no contact from you in the required manner nor a formal complaint via the correct channels and this would be the right way to allow us opportunity to investigate and give you factual response since this forum is not such.
