Web site price incorrect. Phoned me to explain. New quote offered for same hotel and some others. Phoned me back quickly with great quote which I accepted. Extremely pleasant lady to deal with.

We sincerely apologise if you found the agent rude and impatient and can assure you that this is not the normal feedback received about this agent in particular. This will of course be addressed through our internal procedures. You were asked to email the cancellation some two weeks ago and no cancellation could be actioned before this was received which was only 5 working days ago 06 March 2017. This has now been done and the cancellation invoice posted 13 March 2017. We do trust that you will take advantage of our splendid offers in the future

I spoke with someone else when inquiring about the cancellation invoice and I was not told I had to send an email it was only on my re-inquiry that I was told.
What instigated my complaint today was in speaking with a female inquiring as to where the cancellation invoice was,she informed me it was sent today and then ignored my conversation and left me hanging.
Perhaps you do not get many cancellations and it is due to the fact my sister who I was travelling with.....husband died.
Perhaps you might provide some training regarding cancellations!
