Mrs Hutchins we are sorry for the detail not producing correctly on some parts of your paperwork, the cruise aspect does show you have the Premium seats and always has. Our system cannot always identify the class in other areas of that paperwork depending upon the data available and since the flights are yet to be released, the information is all pending including the actual flight number. We understand you have had email reassuring you of the Premium class and in due course we will update the paperwork for you which will require manual override. Meanwhile we appreciate you understanding.

Thanks for your response. Please note that my name is spelt HUTCHENS and not Hutchins! The correct spelling is on my booking!!! I do appreciate that you don't have the flight info as yet, but if you are able at a later date to manually update information, I do not understand why you cannot do this now , as the information is still incorrect! I do not see the point in advising you of discrepancies in the details you provide, if they can't be rectified.
I await the correct documentation.
It's early days but the help from Matthew, who was knowledgeable and efficient, made the booking process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been.
