not very impressed.
We had to chase to get our car back before went on holiday mainly because the insurance lost the engineer's report and they also lost my statement of truth posted back in the envelope provided.

slow service, keen to claim personal injury money
Very slow response to arrange repairs with garage, 10 days after accident, didn't update us on progress.
Rang numerous times (6-8 times) to ask us to claim for injury even though we told them on day...
