Dacia before and after care has been amazing, keeping me regularly updated and in the loop re my vehicle repair. super customer service.

I was kept informed of the process all the way through which made the experience straight forward to work with.

Good information and dealt with promptly. Was not supplied with a replacement vehicle as stated in Insurance policy, was offered one after 2 days but chose to decline to avoid unnecessay trvel

The service is good, But, when it comes to a loan car whilst your is being repaired is a waste of time, I was 39 days without a car.

Great service tho it only happened AFTER I provided VIDEO evidence. Should have been from the moment I called.THIS gives an element of distrust. Which is NOT what i paid for.
