Thank you for completing our feedback request. I am sorry to hear that you have still not received your order. Having checked on our system I note that the parcel was despatched on the 17th October and our courier has indicated this was delivered on the 19th October. According to the drivers notes the parcel was left in the porch at the front of your property. If it is not in this location we would appreciate if you could please contact us by e-mail at service@culturevulturedirect.co.uk or by calling our Customer Services on 0844 875 0010. Although you can reply directly to this feedback we would not recommend doing so as we cannot always guarantee a quick response. The parcel was left in a very insecure place (I live on a main road, directly behind a bus stop). However, my neighbours spotted the parcel and took it inside, and I have now received it.
