Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately through our website this is an automatic process, and this goes straight to our warehouse to be picked and packed. Due to the high number of orders received we are unable to locate the duplicate orders. We can refund you for the item when this is returned, and a collection was requested for the 24/10/11 after you spoke to my colleague. After tracing this collection we were advised by HDNL that they were unable to collect and a card was left with you. If you would like another collection raised please contact us on 0844 875 0010.
