This is most strange. Your order was received on Friday 16th February. We endeavour to despatch items same day if we can. However, this is not always possible. However a confirmation email should be sent as soon as the order is received onto our system. We will look into why this did not happen. I'm very happy with the styling and customer service. I'm afraid that I tend to buy in the sales which makes CT very good value indeed. I am sad that you have stopped tiny Tyrwhitt. It wasn't well marketed to parents and some of the sizing was way out (generally much too large), but it is beautiful clothing, super quality and very attractive.
