That's such a shame, as we look to provide the very finest shirts and genuinely wish for every customer to be delighted with the quality, style and fit of them. Our Classic Fit shirts are the most generous we offer, so there will be more room across the shirt as a whole than for the Slim Fit (our 'regular' option). In regards to the 'lapels' (collar points) of the shirts, we appreciate your feedback on this specific aspect of the design and are sorry that you haven't found the style to be exactly as you'd like. We're always keen to take on board feedback and to consider improvements to our shirts, so will absolutely do so here. Going forward, we would recommend looking at the 'semi-cutaway' style of collar, available with some of our shirts. They may well have the slightly longer collar point you prefer.

We're sorry to learn that one of your two lovely new shirts has been received in the incorrect size, which is very disappointing indeed for our company such as ours which prides itself on quality and accuracy. We're truly sorry to learn of the disappointing experience you have had here, and for the confusion over the availability of the CF Navy End-on-End Ultimate Performance Suit Trousers. It's always deeply regrettable whenever an item isn't immediately available, but in such cases it is important we provide the customer with accurate details on when the item will be restocked so an informed decision can be made. We certainly do not wish to give promises that cannot then be kept. Should you be interested in purchasing this lovely suit again, the good news is that new stock of the trousers has arrived in our Warehouse. It is currently undergoing quality control checks and once all is well, we will have plenty available. This is such a fantastic quality suit, we really hope you have the chance to enjoy it.
