By providing the insurance that we paid for! Covering the loss we have had due to the virus!!

It’s been good in the past, but disappointed in not being able to be refunded due to the impacts of COVID-19 restricting me from being able to travel.

Due to the issues corona virus and impact on international travel. I lodged a query with this company a few weeks ago and they have to respond to my email.

No coverage of epidemics or pandemics. Not worth the paper it was written on. The exclusion should have been spelt out in CAPITAL LETTERS.

It is good to know someone has your back even if they are not called on to help. You can have that at home feeling while your travelling 🤙
