Absolutely no emotion or assistance offered with the ongoing pandemic.

Took my money in a blink for cover then just as quickly hid behind the excuse of a pandemic. Very poor form. Would not use you ever again & will spread the word to others.

We are not travelling until December 2020, so really cannot say what Cover More is like. Hopefully, Corona Virus will be over by December and we are free to travel. Information on how Cover More is...

there should be an opportunity to read the contract especially exclusion clauses before payment is submitted

Efficient sign up process

Online purchase was excellent however I am still awaiting response to three emails.

Not forthcoming with available information but obviously not trained and had been having a bad day with customer abuse.

Bought my insurance in good faith back in January, before pandemic was declared, was unable to get anything back.
