I needed to cancel flights due to illness and am very satisfied with the prompt service and outcome. Staff were very helpful.

Forms were a little complex but other than that my experience was a good one

It was ver easy to fill out my information and get reimbursed. I was also pleased at how quickly I received my money .

Prompt efficient service

We went on holiday feeling confident having Cover-More Travel Insurance. It proved correct when on return to Australia. We had a small claim which was settled quickly.

Very efficient and once they had all details from travel agent money was processed within 2 days.
