claim was paid, customer service provided good service over the phone

I had to make a claim for medical expenses. My claim was accepted within 24 hours and payment was received within 4 working days. Great customer service. Could not have been happier with the service.

CoverMore were very easy to deal with and very helpful. I really like the travel sim option.

It is extremely hard to get a review of pre existing conditions and them after you submit all the requested information the reply comes back with a different number on it and exactly the same wording...
