Bought a policy to cover a trip I have not been able to take - Coronavirus. I’m wanting a refund.

I have been chasing about a future travel insurance trip and have had no contact back,, Been chasing since March 23 ,,,not impressed

By responding to emails I sent requesting a cancellation and refund of my travel insurance prior to the departure date.

I have sent several Emails with only an automatic response with no follow up. Our travel was cancelled so I needed to cancel the insurance that I paid for.
