Cover-More Travel Insurance 리뷰

I had to cancel my trip due to corona virus and despite many attempts to contact them have not had a reply -yet!!

I sought this policy when I still thought I could travel. With COVID-19 this changed and I have since been seeking to enquire what I can now do with the policy since I have not travelled anywhere....

Numerous emails and no reply

No offer of credit for insurance that can not be used this year. Not really looking for or wanting my ongoing business.

Said I would get refund but still waiting for it. To slow in delivery.

Since interstate travel has been banned and I had to cancel my first trip of the year, I have heard nothing from Cover-More which is quite frankly appalling.

I have been unable to get through in any satisfactory way. After being on hold for at least 1/2 hour, I spoke to someone who said he would transfer me to someone who could help me - back on hold...

Website information didn’t align with what I thought I was purchasing. Glad I called to confirm and they we prompt with the refund

Easy online purchase. Have used covermore before and had no issues.

My holiday was cancelled due to travel restrictions. Coverall did not offer a refund .
