We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologise that it was not left at your front door as expected. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given the weather conditions and the difficulty contacting the courier.
For international deliveries, we work with a fulfilment partner who manages our shipping services, including the selection of local carriers. While we are unable to arrange direct contact between customers and the courier, we have raised your experience with them and are seeking further feedback.
We’re also sorry for any confusion regarding returns and duties. Return labels are provided once a return is arranged so that the correct documentation can be generated. In addition, as your order was shipped into the USA, import duties and fees are set by US customs and are unfortunately outside of our control.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will ensure this is taken into consideration as we continue to review our delivery services.
