We can see by our records that you contacted us on the 06.10.2025 and again on the 22.10.2025 and we responded to you on both occasions to say that we need to allow 10 working days for delivery. We have also contacted the Global Distributor to look into this further.
We have gone ahead and processed a refund today, this will show in your account within 4 working days. We will continue to chase the parcel with the distributors. If the parcel does arrive please let us know and we will arrange to get the parcel returned to us.

The two contact dates that you mentioned above were 12 days AFTER!! you are making up excuses and blowing me off because I had already waited the 12 days that you requested BEFORE I had contacted you and you were using that as an excuse to continue blow me off and steel my money
