Insurance premiums and rate changes are based on multiple factors some of which include: a plans individual characteristics, claims in the area, where applicable claims against the policy, general increase in claim costs, increase in reinsurance costs due to the increase of catastrophes nationally.
CPI costs have have no influence on insurance premiums.

Thank you for your feedback. Nice to hear your experience with CHU was very easy and pleasant. CHU only provides a tax invoice with new quotes or renewal quotes. They are not provided with a Certificate of Currency.

Not happy
Very disappointed with the price hike. Premium went up significantly. Excess doubled as well from $500 to now $1,000. A double dose of bad news.
