Thank you for discussing your feedback with me over the phone. The IT department have looked into this and have worked to resolve this issue. I'm very sorry that we've not sent out email reminders to you previously. We do now send out reminders by email for designers and other applicants that are not able to apply online, and you should receive these going forward.
