Easy to use with simple instructions.

CHAS was nice and easy to use and had very clear and simple instructions to follow. We would use again and more than likely would recommend to someone else.

service was quick and efficient, although expensive for the effort required. I paid CHAS more for a Deemed to Satisfy certificate than i paid for a full assessment with another SSIP

It was lovely to talk with you. As we discussed, we do try and make our accreditation fees as competitive as possible, while still offering our customers membership services. I can understand that none of these are required for your company. I was really pleased to hear that the new way we process Deem To Satisfy applications has made a difference to you.

Poor knowledge for the auditor

The coments i received back for the auditor were not taking into account our role in construction and currant legislation The auditor did not take in to account the fact we only work on new build
