Thank you for your feedback today. It was great to hear that you found the CHAS staff helpful. We have expanded our team to enable us to meet the same standard of service. We see that you sent us a few web messages, and that we responded within 2 working days, but as discussed, you now have the admin email address to use if you have any queries in the future.

Depends on assessor appointed

This experience was ok but this is not standard across assessors. Some assessors are really helpful where as others ask for the most ridiculous evidence to be provided.
