Thank you for your feedback. I have tried to contact you, but have been unable to reach you. I have looked into your feedback about document verification. Once you submit your application, the assessor has 10 working days in which to carry out their initial assessment of your documents. According to our records, your assessment this year was completed within 7 days. If you would like to discuss this with me, please contact the admin team.

No problem with the services as such, but the relatively short time allowed to respond with additional information, with the threat of having the application rejected, can prove difficult in cases...
