Arrived when expected, but box clearly had been opened / repackaged (and externally, not overly well, with thin tape just about holding box lid together).
Great chair and easy to assemble. It works perfectly for my back and neck. Armchairs also move back in different positions which make it work with the desk. And my head can rest as well.
