Had a little mess up with delivery date but easily sorted but other than that the chairs are really good quality and were delivered when they said they would be.
Not happy with the product. It was delivered with a faulty back; Lombard support not blowing up properly. I spoke with customer service and was informed a new back would be arriving but never came...
Really great customer service. Had an issue and it was sorted out very quickly at no cost. Would recommend to anyone looking for great office furniture.
found to be a pretty good service, pity there was only one chair which adjusted to 53 cms depth of seat, arrived in good order and was easy to put together and meets needs adequatly. only sadness...
