My order arrived on time. The chair was a little difficult to put together but two heads were better than one and we got there. . The chair is comfortable.

The customer service representative Louie was helpful and very friendly throughout and very engaged to loo with this bad experience.

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies. We had an issue with the incorrect product put into the incorrect picking bays and this was not realised until the second chair was sent. Regarding the chair height, we do advertise all the sizes before you purchase but understand that you found the chair not to your liking.
