Thank you for your review and feedback. I apologise for the lack of information as we had courier issues due to Christmas and they were not updating tracking. The product is on a 10 working day leadtime as advised on site and after the confirmation you would have then received the tracking details in this period once the product was ready to be shipped.

Service is very average. I was sent out 2 chairs in error and when we were called about it we were honest enough to say that it was here.
