Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and it was delivered into your goods in department at your work place. We contacted the couriers and were advised that this is where all deliveries are made for your company.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased thet you find the chair has lots of adjustment with firm seat. I have taken this up with the upholstery and spares department and will be looking to package the product differently in the future.
