No fuss delivery and assembly. Wish the website itself had ratings or reviews of chairs. Also, photos with people actually in the chairs for scale.

Excelent product service anddelivery more then satisfied
Service is friendly. Website good. Delivery fast. Helpful in sending me instructions on dismantling it. However the service on refunding wasn't great. After I returned it, I didn't hear anything...

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you found the service friendly. With regards to the refund I apologies as we were waiting for the couriers to return the chair back to us for inspection and as stated on the website this does take 7-10 days. We refunded as soon as we returned the chair back but will look into this re the communication.

Chair arrived without the 8 M6x18 washers. I called the company and they sent out a pack of washers which were the wrong size. I have again informed the company and am still awaiting the delivery...

Thank you for your review and I would like to apologise for the missing washers. As reported to you the whole batch had been sent in from the last container and all the washers were missing. Sadly as these are made specifically for this chair we are having to have them sent to us from abroad. As soon as we receive them we will dispatch to you and as discus cussed we are happy to supply an alternative chair if preferred.
