Great service

After many issues with ordering from sites like funky pigeon I came across card factory. The quality was amazing and the postage was super quick with delivery the very next day. Highly recommend.

Late Dispatch, Late Delivery, Missed Birthday.

I ordered a personalised Birthday card to be posted straight to the 'Birthday Girl', the site claimed if it was ordered by a certain time it would be dispatched that day, it was days after my order...

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry about what has happened here. This is not our usual level of service. It does appear there was delays in production, which we apologise for, as we could not get this to you in time for the birthday. I know the refund does not make up for the fact this card was delayed, and we are very sorry about the experience you have had with this order. We do hope in the future if you would like to order with us again, we can provide a much better experience and higher level of service for you.

Good selection, hit and miss whether you’ll receive what you order.

It was ok but the site doesn’t make it clear that if you make a multiple order they all get sent to one address. I ordered 2 cards for 2 different people but there wasn’t the option to post them...
