Apologies for the delay in your order, I can see the courier had an issue with delivering the item on time. 99% of our items arrive within the stated delivery window, however delays can and do happen sometimes. We always recommend no trades-person is booked before delivery in case of delays.

I am sorry to see you feel this way.
I can see we replaced the faulty element but this was lost in the post, I can see we provided a refund for the faulty element and return postage.

I AM OUT OF POCKET to the tune of at least £80 ! I was prepared to share these costs 50:50, which was refused : no EXTRA compensation allowed, I was told. EXTRA COMPENSATION ?? I repeat: I am out of pocket, and this is not acceptable and no way to treat a customer.
Fyi: I was told the replaced faulty element had been delivered and signed for (!).After investigation I found that I was home at the time of delivery, in fact was in receipt of another delivery at the very same day and time I supposedly signed for the BathTakeaway element. Why the deceit ?
