Had to return a radiator, wasn’t a problem and a replacement was sent out ASAP.

Good price poor communication
Good price and swift despatch HOWEVER no communication so I had no clue as to when it would arrive or whether the item was in stock.

Sorry you feel this way, I can see we contacted you to arrange delivery of your items, we are unable to dispatch some items until we confirm a delivery date with customers due to the size and weight.
I can see you had a delivery slot selected, this would have been at your request, I have listened to the call and believe the agent you spoke to was most professional and gave the best service they could given the situation.

Obviously you are covering the representative I first spoke to, not the second one your using as your get out, and the first one who told me all of what I said above,
Probably related to you, or a friends daughter, or something else?
I wouldn’t even bother writing a review,
But you provoked me, and tried to blame e-bay, easy way out?
For what your not capable of,
For other poor victims, change your stated delivery wording on e-bay,
So no one has to go out of there way after believing the date you put is literal, and confirmed it would be literal by e-bay representative who said your company had agreed these dates under the trading laws,
Anybody reading these reviews, think about what your purchasing from this circus of a company,
If there’s another item that’s only a little more in price, then I would suggest you spend the extra, as it’s not worth the inconvenience of what you will experience.

They were very helpful when yhev1 st product was faulty they did not hesitate to send a replacement in record time
