We’re very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the B&Bs throughout your trip and found our team responsive and flexible when adapting your itinerary. We work hard to find accommodation that gives guests a memorable and authentic experience, so it’s great to know this stood out for you. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the itinerary details and recommendations. We’re always reviewing and refining our suggestions to make sure they are as relevant and practical as possible for each trip, so your comments are genuinely helpful. We will consider them when creating future holidays. In terms of communication, clients are assigned a dedicated sales team member to help create their ideal itinerary. Once the holiday is booked, a member of our operations team then becomes your main point of contact and looks after every aspect of your trip until you return home from your holiday. If a team member is unavailable, another colleague may occasionally step in to assist, which is likely why you heard from a few different members of the team during your trip. I hope this helps explain why you were in contact with several people, and I appreciate the feedback here. Thank you again for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your experience.
