Having received the item ordered ok, it is dissappointing to note that despite e.mailing them twice with a query they have failed to reply!

I am sorry about the delay in replying. We have not been asked this question before, and I simply did not know the answer. I have been in touch with Bill Hones in the USA, who runs the company Fascinations - they make the Antigravity Platform. Bill tells me 'The direction of rotation can be set by starting it in motion in one direction. I have never experienced a bias for one directions vs. another.' I hope this helps.

I am really sorry to hear the candle didn't open. We will send you a replacement candle. They are normally very reliable, and have a big 'wow' factor. Obviously something was wrong with this one.

Very Quick Delivery and a Quality Product, perhaps a bit too much packaging!
Excellent products; useful descriptions on the website. Videos help a lot.
The products are excellent as table top experiments for lectures in physics/mathematics.
