Thank you very much for your feedback. We do appreciate the frustration waiting for this product, especially at this time of year and that frustration is shared by us and our Italian importer. I can only offer our apologies. We did email you twice whilst you where waiting for these items advising of the delay, but appreciate this is no substitute for the items themselves. Suffice to say, heads have rolled somewhere in Italy and we are now fully back in stock. You mention that you might have the wrong size though? Can you please email customer service with the diameter you are looking for as we are expanding this range now that stocks allow and we may be able to assist.
