Jumper didn't look like the online image and there was a pull in one of the sleeves. Very disappointed as at £65 it shouldn't have had a pull in the wool.

There was no invoice in the delivery package so I have no return slip, is it possible to send with a pre paid returns bag?

Please follow the instructions on the invoice which we attached to the front of the parcel in a "documents enclosed" sleeve. If you have not retained this, our returns address will be sent to you and we will refund your postage on receipt of the jumper. Im sorry the jumper was faulty as we have been selling this design for 10 years and it is very popular with customers. I do hope you come back to us again in the future.
