Super efficient service...beautifully wrapped and presented item!

Uncomplicated and quick.. Haven't seen the new scarf as it's for my Christmas present. My second one, so know what to expect

Item received 11th Nov, returned 12th Nov. I emailed Willow Cashmere later that week to se if they had received the item, no reply. So I don't think i'd better comment until either I hear from them...

Really good quality cashmere, reasonably priced and sent out quickly with no fuss
