We apologise for any delays in processing your claims recently, we have been experiencing very large volumes of claims over recent weeks and this is not indicative of our usual level of service. We do appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your experience with us and we hope to meet your expectations going forwards.

Many thanks for your review and comments. I'm sorry we have not met your expectations throughout our application process. We do use a reputable encryption service through Microsoft and unfortunately we are unable to use some other forms of encryption due to our IT restrictions. I'm pleased we were able to assist you in getting your new Protection Plan in force but am sorry to hear it wasn't quite up to standard for you this time.

The only contributing factor for increases on our protections plans is age and unfortunately the prices do get higher as a client gets older.
