Many thanks for your review and comments. Our premiums are community rated so it is not possible to price each individual based on their exact circumstances. This may mean that a person with little or no claims experience may receive a higher increase purely because they live in a certain country, it also could mean that someone with not such a good claims experience won’t incur such a large increase as they live in a country with low claims usage overall or low treatment costs. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. In many countries the cost of health care continues to grow, a trend which unfortunately has been the case for several years. It is not just the cost of health care that impacts on premiums, increased demand for international quality private care and advancement in technologies and wider treatments available are also contributing factors worldwide. We do work very closely with our insurers to ensure any increase in premiums that we may have to impose is reasonable and justified.
