We would not intentionally mislead our customers or deliberately misrepresent any changes we may have made to our plans or rates. The information we provide regarding our rate changes at renewal is correct but is explained on a general basis, unfortunately we cannot factor every scenario into the renewal communications but we are more than happy to discuss an individual’s circumstances directly or through their broker. I do apologise if you found our communication unclear, I believe the matter has now been finalised and I hope that your experience with us going forward is a much more positive one.
