Customer care and satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we work very hard to ensure our customers' expectations are met and often exceeded. We regret to hear that you are disappointed with your room share and felt this detracted from your tour experience. In our experience, our tour groups are welcoming and we find that single passengers and couples integrate very well. As you can appreciate, we cannot match compatibility based on age or marital status and the number of single passengers can change at short notice. We do acknowledge your comments and disappointment but do hope that we can put this right in the future if you decide to travel with us again. Quite disappointed to hear you did not enjoy the pace of your tour and felt too much was crammed into your days. It sounds like you may have benefited from one of our Private or Tailor-made tours where you have more control over your itinerary and locations to visit. Thank you for letting us know of your experience while on tour and your thoughts and vies are always greatly appreciated. Your guides usually operate by prioritising the published itinerary first, followed by the optional extras. Your guides can be quite flexible so they can arrange the optional extras if this is what is requested. We also appreciate you felt more time was required at some attractions which can be difficult depending on your arrangements. We have noted your comments as we rely upon your feedback to to asses our customer satisfaction.
