Reasonably quick delivery to the regional area I live in,.
It was a good price for it's size & power.
The fan is quite effective, draws plenty of air & is nice & quiet - it's set up in the roof...
Have yet to install this unit, however I was very pleased at the easiness of the ordering and the ability to pickup the unit from the warehouse

This fan produces a maximum airflow of up to 10,171 m3/hr as advertised, making it a standard airflow with a very gentle output on speeds 1 and 2 as you have noted. We’re unsure of your ceiling height, however this model is designed for low ceilings with approximately 2.4m in height. However, from your comments, it really does not sound like it’s operating normally, whether it be an issue with assembly, installation or even a warranty fault. Hi Vanessa,
Just to confirm, my ceiling is in fact 2.4, and I am tallish hence why I opted for the low profile fan. Standing up with my arms spread apart, I can feel somewhat of a gentle breeze from the fan. However, this is in a bedroom where the occupant is generally lying down and the air flow just does not reach me unless I turn it right up to the last two speeds which make my blinds flap about.
I actually thought that the fan must have been operating in reverse/winter mode due to the lack of airflow (however, I checked to confirm this was not the case). I find my small desk fan and pedestal fan to both be more effective. That said, I'm not convinced the poor air flow is necessarily a fault for a warranty issue but rather just a poor design. On the other hand, speed 4 seems to be the noisiest. The buzz like a mower in the distance is quite annoying. I don't know why it becomes audible at speed 4 but is less audible at speed 5 and 6.

Fan arrived within a week of ordering and does an amazing job of cooling down our bedroom. Multiple speed options and remote means we can control it from bed. Highly recommend!
