Universal fans sales person had a good knowledge of their product and were very helpful, helping me choose between several models I had looked at on their website
Made an order over the phone. The guy I spoke to was very informed about the various fans I was interested in. Ordered on a Friday, delivered on the Monday. Can't fault.
Item arrived really quickly and the quality/price is awesome!

Troy was very nice and knowledgeable.
Fans have been installed and we’re very happy with them. Extremely quiet!
Only awaiting the lights (which are due in after Christmas) then job will be completed.
