Amanda was great in her serVice but when delivery was not successful a male assistant was no help at all to help sort out the delivery problem

However, I am sorry to hear that our after-sales service wasn't to the same standard that you'd come to expect from us! We are looking into this to see how we can improve when hiccups do present themselves around delivery, although it can be tricky when it comes to road closures in place! Good customer service and fast delivery. Had a bit of trouble arranging delivery because you have to authorise them to leave the item. But there wasn't any issue for actual delivery.
