Hi, sorry to hear about this. It looks like you may have contacted the manufacturer directly to raise a warranty claim, because we haven’t received any emails from you. They will reopen from January 4th, however even at this time of year, the manufacturer’s in-home warranty is still usually the preferred option for most customers. In the meantime, please email any correspondence you’ve had with them to service@universalfans.com.au, and we will be happy to look at your options or liaise with the supplier on your behalf once they’ve reopened.
