Hi there, we’re very sorry that the order was not ready for you upon arrival. Generally speaking, this process runs very smoothly however in the lead up to Christmas, we were transitioning over to our new warehouse. Because of this, we had reduced warehouse staff and site and stock was not held in its usual spot. We sincerely apologise that this inconvenienced you, however the new warehouse is up and running so we’re very confident that this is a one-off experience. Generally we speaking we do try and be flexible where we can, as we did in your case, by extending the return period to allow for your return from holidays.
