Thanks for your feedback. We do take on the feedback, but as discussed in your phone conversation with Jeremy the emails you referred to as "bullying" were our system generated emails requesting that you advise us of any changes before your renewal is processed. I'm sorry that you felt "bullied into making a decision", but that is absolutely not the intention of the emails, which clearly state we're just after updated information and you are not locked into anything. It is in your best interests to complete the renewal declaration to ensure you are properly covered each year, and it is our responsibility to chase that information. With thousands of smaller policies such as yours it is simply not possible to call every one of them multiple times chasing up the information whilst also remaining competitive on price, which is why we use the system generated emails. I'm sorry that you saw them as bullying, but most of our clients are very busy on the tools and appreciate our follow ups to ensure they are properly insured. I appreciate that you'd prefer old school service, but we can't always do that at a new school price.

Thanks for the feedback Todd. Our system sent you one follow-up email on the 12th of May after you purchased your policy on the 8th of May. Just one email... Hardly spam is it? A further two emails were sent, containing your policy documents and invoice. If those are "constant stupid emails" then we apologise.
