Thanks for your feedback Daniel. As per my email to you, I believe your feedback is unfair. It's not correct to say that we never returned your call, as there was no call to return. You have never called our office. It's true that we hadn't responded to your quote request, but you gave us barely more than one business day, and instead of following us up you went straight to leaving a negative review. We're happy to cop negative feedback on chin in the rare cases that we receive it and deserve it, but I don't think this is one of those cases.

Thanks for your feedback. Giving us the worst possible score does seem quite harsh given the circumstances, but we'll take it on board. We are in the process of training three new staff, which will assist with turnaround times, and if it's any consolation the broker you had to follow up multiple times is no longer employed by Trade Risk.
