Thanks for the feedback Magnus, and we apologise for any delays with the emails.  With regards to the fee, it did state on the online form you completed that a credit card fee would apply.  100% of that fee goes to the bank unfortunately.

Thank you for the great feedback James!  That's one of the great benefits of Trade Risk.  Whilst we do a lot online, we still have insurance professionals here in the office to talk you through anything when needed.

We appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative.  In your case you were sent a renewal letter as well as an email which clearly stated your monthly payments would continue if we did not hear from you.  Whilst we take your feedback on board, you were advised what the process would be, which is no different to any other insurance company that continues your monthly instalments unless you ask them to stop.
